iTouch Solutions is focused on being the most customer friendly phone service company. The challenge was to take all their services, accessories, spare parts and introduce them in a clear and engaging way. During the development, we kept a user-friendly interface in mind to try and present the product information as cleanly as possible.

The focus for this project was on creating a back-end that was user friendly so that the company could easily add, edit and delete the customer and order information from the administration panel.

The back-end was designed such that the iTouch team could enter order details for each customer. This helped the team to easily search and update the order details, status and payment for each order.

We also built a simple functionality allowing iTouch team to enter, maintain and search customer inquiries.

On a whole, the new website is easier to explore, highly informative with a very user friendly back-end system.
